Born in Karachi, Pakistan, goalkeeper Carey Bloedorn grew up in Milton Keynes and was previously at Norwich City before joining our Academy.
Having attended Denbigh High School in Luton, he kept eight clean sheets for our Under-16s in 2021/22.
He went full-time with our Under-18s in 2022/23 and had a spell playing for Southern League Division One Central club Berkhamsted on 'work experience' for a few weeks in the midst of that campaign, also serving as part of our squad that won the Under-17 and Under-18 Premier League Cup double.
The towering stopper was virtually ever-present between the sticks for our Under-18s for the bulk of the 2023/24 season, producing some excellent saves amid some commanding performances, but missed out on the last few weeks of that campaign through injury.
Carey spent the first half of the 2024/25 season on loan at National League South side Aveley before returning to us in January, 2025.
