Haringey Borough FC

Haringey Borough FC is Tottenham Hotspur’s local non-league football club, formed in 1970 having originally been known as Wood Green Town.

‘The Borough’ compete in the BecVictor Isthmian League and play their home matches at CVS Van Hire Stadium, Coles Park, White Hart Lane, Tottenham, London N17 7JP.

In 2018, the club reached the FA Cup First Round proper for the first time in its history – narrowly losing out to League One outfit AFC Wimbledon in a fixture broadcast live to the nation on the BBC.

Tottenham Hotspur maintains a close relationship with ‘The Borough’, with whom we work in partnership to deliver our Education and Football Development Centre programme for students at Barnet & Southgate College.

Two of Borough’s players actually work for the Club in some capacity – Joe Staunton is an Academy Coach and Rakim Richards is a Sports Coach at Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.

Art Gallery

Tottenham is an emerging creative hub for music and the arts. To celebrate this, the Club has allocated a space on the Level 1 concourse in the West Stand at its new stadium to showcase work by four local artists.

The commissions on display respond to the brief ‘Passionate About Tottenham’ and each of the works are inspired by different aspects of our local area.

As well as providing added vibrancy and a unique installation to this light and airy concourse space, our aim is to raise awareness for local creative talent, whose work will be viewed by thousands of visitors each year.

We plan to change the display annually so as many artists as possible can be given the opportunity to showcase their work.

London Academy of Excellence Tottenham (LAET)

Within the stadium campus sits the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham (LAET) - a state-funded Sixth Form, sponsored by the Club and Highgate School - the principal academic sponsors who, together with support from other leading independent schools, deliver expert teaching.

LAET prioritises local students most likely to benefit from an academically-rigorous curriculum and those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, giving Tottenham’s brightest students the best possible chance of accessing top universities.

  • A-Level results at LAET have continued to improve year-on-year, with 2025 seeing an incredible 55% of grades either A* or A with 85% A*-B - both significantly above national averages.
  • Nearly three quarters of students have gone onto Russell Group Universities compared to 1% of Tottenham school leavers the year before LAET opened.
  • 77 students won places at the Universities of Oxford or Cambridge since the school opened in 2017 with others electing to undertake prestigious apprenticeships.
  • For the first time in the school’s history, students gained places at prestigious overseas Universities in 2024, with two students heading to Harvard on full academic scholarships, while 2025 saw a student secure a place at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music - one of just a select few chosen for the year's intake.
  • The school was named Sunday Times Sixth Form College of the Year in 2020.
