The Scheme
Please be advised that this is not applicable for non footballing events.
The Club's Disability Access Scheme permits supporters with a disability, or other access requirements, to sit in dedicated accessible viewing areas and give them access to services and facilities that enhance their matchday experience.
Once on the Disability Access Scheme you will enjoy access to Stadium services and facilities, if required.
Furthermore, you should also consider registering with the Disability Access Scheme if you require personal assistance to attend football matches.
For more detailed information on the Club’s Disability Access Scheme, please visit our Disability Access Scheme FAQs.
Personal Assistance
It is important to understand that a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket is not a concessionary ticket but rather a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a disabled supporter to more easily attend events at the Stadium and access the full range of matchday services when they might otherwise find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access. This is in line with current UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010.
Ticketing and Memberships
Once you have completed the registrations onto our Disability Access Scheme, you can find further general information on ticket prices, membership and on-sale dates, on our ticket pages. Disability Access Scheme allocation will be released at 2pm on the dates listed.
