Tommy Banks

Tommy Banks is a multi-award-winning chef, veteran judge on BBC’s The Great British Menu, and one of the UK’s most exciting and innovative restaurateurs, growing his menu in North Yorkshire where he owns two Michelin-starred restaurants, a premium food box business and canned wine brand.

Phil Kearsey

Phil Kearsey is the Executive Head Chef of the acclaimed Pied à Terre restaurant on Charlotte Street, London. Drawing from his extensive experience in some of the finest Michelin-starred kitchens in the UK and the USA, Phil brings his unique culinary creativity to the table.

Will Devlin

Will Devlin is chef owner of the Acre Group, a family of restaurants in Kent and Sussex including The Small Holding, which holds a Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, and Birchwood, a dining experience guided by the landscape and self-sufficiency and focused on flavour found in the natural world.  

Atul Kochhar

Atul Kochhar’s inimitable talent as a twice-Michelin-starred chef has changed the way people perceive and experience Indian food. He is at the forefront of the Indian culinary industry for the over 25 years and is recognised on an international scale.

Judy Joo

Judy is a Korean-American chef, restaurateur, and television personality who has made a significant impact in the culinary world. Joo is best known for hosting "Korean Food Made Simple" and being an Iron Chef UK, as well as for her London restaurant Seoul Bird.

Shay Cooper

Shay has gained a reputation for his light touch and subtle flavors that allow the ingredients to shine. His stellar record has seen him earn The Bingham Hotel in Richmond a Michelin star, and at The Goring, when the hotel was awarded its first Michelin Star during his tenure.

Kerth Gumbs

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Kerth was crowned champion of the London and South East region in BBC Two’s Great British Menu 2020, making it to the national finals. More recently, he has been seen on-screen as a judge for BBC Three’s new Young MasterChef.

Tom Shepherd

Tom has worked in some of the UK’s finest kitchens including Sat Bains, The Latymer and The Samling in 2013 when they were awarded their first Michelin Star. After winning an Acorn Award in 2018, he went on to open his own restaurant, Upstairs by Tom Shepherd, in Lichfield in 2021 and was awarded a Michelin Star just four months after opening.
